1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ju365 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all players accessing ju365 from the Philippines.

You are responsible for keeping this information current. ju365 is not liable for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ju365 support immediately.

OTP (one-time password) verification may be required at login and before certain transactions. This is a security feature for your protection — do not share OTPs with anyone, including people claiming to be ju365 staff.

4Deposits

All deposits on ju365 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit channels include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The available deposit methods shown in your account at the time of deposit are the current supported options.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown during the deposit process.
• ju365 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are your responsibility.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on ju365.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ju365 account promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. In cases of delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.

ju365 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if identity verification has not been completed or if the deposit is flagged for review.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Valid government-issued ID is required.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. ju365 may request additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, credit cards, or cryptocurrency wallets. All withdrawals are in Philippine Peso.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on ju365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event. These rules are available within the platform at the point of betting. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• ju365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious error in odds was made, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to network latency. ju365 is not responsible for bets accepted after an event's outcome has been decided due to connection delays on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are shown at the point of bet placement.
• Winning bets are settled and credited to your account balance as soon as the result is confirmed. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type.

For casino games, slots, and live dealer tables, the rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) information is available for slot games within the platform.

7Bonuses and Promotions

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering.
• Allowing another person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.

ju365 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

9Privacy and Data

ju365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited in full.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity procedures as described in the platform's account management policy, communicated via your registered contact details.

12Limitation of Liability

ju365 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. ju365 shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Network connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Events beyond ju365's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ju365's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ju365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13Changes to These Terms
